Terms & Conditions
In NoProblem México S.A. de C.V., we want you to experience a free-problem vacations! We are always willing to help you with any request that you have. Please notify in advance all your request so we can serve you as you deserve.
All services that we provide are conducted under these Terms and Conditions. We highly recommend you to read and complete understand them, before placing any reservation.
Please notice that you will totally accept these terms and conditions when placing a reservation.

The service purchased is only valid for the time and date specified in the moment you book any service. Any modification or cancelation will be subject of rate changes and additional charges may apply. (Please refer to Modification/Cancelation Police).
Please notice that any mistake attributable at the client at the reservation time, and without an advanced notice of modification, is not responsible of NoProblem México S.A. de C.V. and may cause additional charges or the cancelation of the services with no refund.
NoProblem México S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for any No Show cases and in these cases NoProblem México S.A. de C.V. will charge the total price of the service with no refund.
For short notice reservations, made less than 48 hours before the requested service, the availability of the service is not guaranteed. Please contact us directly for short notice reservations, and please notice that there are no refunds in this kind of reservations.
Prices are subject to any modification at any time. Booked reservation will not suffer these price modifications. This will apply to any further reservation made after the price adjustment.
Any modification of a booked service could result in additional charges. (Refer to Modification/Cancelation Police).
We understand that your plans may change, that’s why we offer you these policies so you know any result of any cancellation or modification.
All modifications could be done 48 hrs. prior the confirmed date and time of the confirmed service, and a confirmation of the modification will be sent to the email address you have provided us. If there are done after that time, may be limitations of availability that results in the cancelation of the service and there will be not refunds.
All modifications are subject to additional charges, it will depend on each modification. It will be charge the complete amount due to this modification on the moment of the modification confirmation.
If the modification decreases the service rate charged before at the reservation confirmation moment, it qualifies to refund the difference. It this case, please refer to the reimbursement policy in the Payment section.
All cancelations could be done 48 hrs. prior the confirmed date and time of the confirmed service, and a confirmation of the cancelation will be sent to the email address you have provided us. After receiving your more than 48 hours notification, will process your reimbursement in less than 24 hours by NoProblem México S.A. de C.V. administration, but the time when will be applied and reflected in the customer’s account depends on bank policies and international banks agreements.
NoProblem México S.A. de C.V. can’t refund payment if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice prior to pick-up time or in the event of a no-show.
The rate will be charged completely at the moment of completing the booking. Any modification of the reservation that qualifies for additional charges, the payment will be charged on the moment of the modification confirmation.
For reimbursements in any case, will be operated in less than 24 hours by NoProblem México S.A. de C.V. administration, but the time when will be applied and reflected in the customer’s account depends on bank policies and international banks agreements.
All reservation and payment details will be sent after completing a reservation to the email address that you have provided us. If you need an only-in Mexico valid invoice, please send an email to email@example.com requiring it not after 3 days of completing your reservation.
In a less desired way (due to security reasons), we accept cash payments. In all cases, please ask your driver for a receipt. If you are paying with Mexican Pesos, you need to check first the updated exchange rate.
We reserve the right to request customer’s identification. A valid official identification is those issued by any National and International Federal Government Agency and must have the person’s picture on it. The customer’s information shall match with the reservation information. If not, NoProblem México S.A. de C.V. would be unable to serve the reservation.
At NoProblem México S.A. de C.V., we are committed to protect your personal information. The information you give us at the reservation time will be only used for our service purpose. We will never share any other party your personal information for any cause.
In all our services, we will give all of our effort to give you the best service. We are compromised with a great service, because we know how we would like to be treated.
In México, all touristic services qualify for tipping. The most common tipping amount is between 10%-20% of the cost of the services. But what you need to know, is that any tip will be truthly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
When your service is from the airport, any change of pick up time no attributable to any airline delay will be subject to additional charges.
When your service is to the airport, you need to provide the flight information (Airline/Flight number at time of departure) so we can suggest the pick-up time. If you don’t provide this information, or you are not on time (15 minutes of tolerance) on the time suggested by NoProblem México S.A. de C.V., NoProblem México S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for loosing flights and no refunds will apply neither cover customer’s resulting cost.
The customer has the responsibility to be on time in the pick-up agreed place, not any refund will apply of any customer’s delay.
Is highly recommended to provide “day of travel” contact information.
It’s a must to put on the seat belt the whole time during the trip. It is the responsibility of the passenger to assure the correct use of the seat belt.
Please, specify the exact number of persons traveling on the transfer. Even babies count as a person (the space of the child seat), so please specify all the persons that we are picking-up.
Any modification of this, may qualify for additional charges, or even the impossibility to complete the service.
Please specify the exact amount of baggage you intend to bring. Please notice that different number of luggage may result in additional fees or the need of an extra vehicle with it corresponding price.
For each passenger, at no extra cost, the following is accepted on board the vehicle:
1 checked luggage pieces, such as standard suitcases and large duffel bags weighing 50 pounds or less each; and
2 carry-on items, such as purses, laptop cases, briefcases, small suitcases, and backpacks.
For larger items, please inform at the reservation moment.
If you are carrying valuable, priceless items of even prescription drugs, please do not place them in your luggage and bring them with you all the time during the trip.
NoProblem México S.A. de C.V. and its operators won’t be responsible for damaged items or damages that are incurred as a result of improperly packing or fragile items.
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and any items placed by themselves or NoProblem México S.A. de C.V. representatives in the vehicle.
NoProblem México S.A. de C.V. is not liable for lost items left behind in the vehicle by a customer. Returning these left items, will result in additional charges.
If you require an extra item such as child seats or beverage &snacks services, please request it in advanced (the best moment to do so is at the reservation moment). Extra items requested at the service time, is subject to availability and possible additional charges may apply.
Because we are committed with our passenger safety, children under 5 years old must travel secured in a child seat.
In this case and for insurance policies, please notice that the adult responsible of the child/children shall be the one who install the child seats.
Travel with your best furry friend is allowed only with in advance notice. It always must be clean and inside its transportation carrier all the time during the trip.
Because we care about your health, NoProblem México S.A. de C.V. has the NON-SMOKING policy on all of our vehicles.
